XFX makes good stuff. They used to have the best warranty in the business that covered aftermarket heat sinks and overclocking.
However I think they changed the warranty to 2 years in 2012. Still a great card company, though. XFX and EVGA are the rock solid card makers, in my opinion.
The best BfB card. And then the first card that really permits play at 1920x1080 for most all titles today, though with some eyecandy/setting more at medium. Consider this is like a GTX 570 that 18 month ago was easily over $320 it is a huge leap for a $150 price point.
While I really acclaimed the GTX650Ti from yesterday that’s more an "entry" card and yes your supplementing 23% today it gets you "mainstream" along with two other merits. Fist, it yields 23% more performance at 1920x (4xAA) and that bump is what facilitates the higher mainstream resolutions. Secondly, a much better cooler which should let you find it's OC'n headroom possibly garnering an addition 15-20%; this wasn't something the GTX650Ti of yesterday wouldn't equal. Oh and one other... which is "here nor there for me" but no GTX650Ti permits SLI, while you could C-F this someday.
Comments a little late to the game but for future ref the 7850 OC version at around $160 is the best deal going that ensures 1080p play for most titles as casecutter also says. I love my Sapphire 7850 OC. Nice and quiet even on FC3 with max settings at 1080p. Plays awesome and no need for OC yet ... but nice to know it's there for the future.
Hmmm...not a bad price. How's XFX?
