Regrettably, At first I thought this was looking like a good buy, although it's a 64-Bit not the 128-Bit, while the idea of double rebates from TigerD make me cringe.
Have a look at this Gigabyte GV-R657OC-1GI 6570 1GB 128-bit DDR3; its $45 AR$20 $3 shipping. Better overall performance with not any real difference in power.
