Newegg has the XFX One ON-XFX1-PLS2 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card for $30 - $15 rebate [Exp 12/30] = $15 with free shipping. 650MHz core clock with HDMI and DVI. Includes a game coupon for Orcs Must Die with purchase.
Of all the $15 rebate HDMI cards at Newegg, this is prolly the one to get for an HTPC build. The MSI one I had problems with the HDCP, the Zotac one gets consistent no rebate received reviews.
I have about 5 of these cards now, all $15 after rebate.
artcab claims he receives his Zotac rebate he submits in 10 days or less from mailing them. That's pretty fast. I don't get that when I use the No Wait option with other rebates...
I'm inclined to stay away for Zotac rebates even when they have a tempting offer. I don't like their rebates terms and I beleive the many reports of poor rebate processing...
Pretty sweet deal for someone that doesn't like orcs...

When it comes to rebates, I honestly believe the phrase, "The checks in the mail" originated with the processing companies.
