Interesting for being a single slot and if that is a main decision maker then by all means it has the thumbs up. But for a 5750 needing a 6-pin, and that enormous rebate... a thumbs down.
If dual slot works for you there are GTS 450's DDR5 do game better, though most are still $105+ working a rebate and again the 6-pin. While you can find nice 5770's at the same price, so you'd go that direction.
Considering the new 6670 (dual slot) is nearly as good at game, and does it with much less power (no 6-pin) while not even $20 more... No Rebate. Using a 350W PSU, don't want to buy one and switch it out... it's the best alternative.

I'll wait for the 6000 series to hit $50 then I'll get one at that price. These video cards are too dang expensive and don't really provide that much noticeable performance.
^ True, those who had dropped $160'ish bucks on GTX260 216 or 4890's have had no big reason to upgrade, although your electric bill may beg to differ.
But the level of Per/watt of the 6670 is admirable runs like a 9800GTX and on like 1/3 the power all at $100 starting price.
Still not a bad deal, but I protest the MIR crap. Just give us a true up-front deal and maybe we will buy it.
#2 to get the 6000 series to hit 50 bucks you got to wait another couple years. Over the years at NE I have purchase more than 20 video card mostly cheap one After Rebates, So far all came thur. I usually paid around 10 to 60 each A/R. This year in March I bought the XFX Radeon HD 4850 for 47 bucks After 30 bucks rebates I like it so much, I bought another one for 50 bucks A/R. Both card works good, Both Running on Window's 7 Ult 64bit and both show Windows Performace at 7.3 Windows Areo and 3D business and gaming graphics performance.
I belive the 5750 got just about the same performace give or take, you need a good benchmark program to fully test the card or else you would'nt know the difference. The only draw back I can see on this 5750 card is the 128bit Vs my 256bit. Then again I only got Dx 10 Vs This 5750 Dx 11..
I purchase the XFX HD 4850 in March, submit the rebates on March 29th and I just got the Check of 30 bucks from XFX Today May 11th. I'am happy. I'am still waiting for my 2nd rebates should be here a week or two. of-course, Both in different name, address and credit card. If any of you submiting the rebate from XFX make sure you sign and dated althougt the rebates form did'nt have any space that let you sign, Sign it anyway!. you got nothing to lose, Because this is another tactics manufactured used to denied you..
#5's video card collection is second to none.
