    This is a good seventeam-made power supply, and $22 is a great price for a passive 500watt unit. If you really want a passively cooled power supply, this looks to be the best one to get in the lower price ranges.

    This is not 100% passive cooling. It has a fan that is rather noisy. I own two and wouldn't by it again.
