Newegg has the XIGMATEK 3.5" Internal 75 in 1 Card Reader USB 2.0 Card Reader for $8 with free shipping. Supports Compact Flash, Memory Stick, MMC, SD, SmartMedia, and xD cards, and comes with both black and silver panels.
Don't buy anything from Xigmatek. Do a google search for Xigmatek rebate fraud and you'll see what kind of company this is. Newegg corporate decided to never have one of their rebates ever again, and they are being investigated by the AG office.
Their warranty support is very questionable too. My organization purchased around 35 of their now discontinued power supplies that have 3 year warranties about 8 months ago. About 4 of them have already died. Warranty support via their website is pretty much non-existent. Calling them at first, they tried to direct me to NewEgg Support, which in turn directed me back to one of Xigmatek's other office phone number. Eventually, the PSUs were fixed but at an added cost of having to ship each ~6 lbs PSUs on separate failures across the US.
A quick search for Xigmatek power supplies on NewEgg as of this message appears to come out empty, which is probably a good thing if they took themselves out of that market.

Don't buy generic PSU. It's. Never. A. Good. Idea.
