the ipod dock says its OPTIONAL not included.
Who are you going to believe? Ben, or your lying eyes?
Bought this a few weeks ago. Very happy with it so far. It is one of the least expensive receivers that I found that can handle HDMI audio (not a pass-through only like the RX-V365). Like #1 said, ipod dock is indeed optional, and expensive.
My only minor complaint so far is the remote is not back-lit, which would help when watching a movie in a theater-dark room.
I got a 2-channel receiver (Yamaha) back in 1980. I like em'. Blew-out my Boston's even though it has an auto kill volume control. It is now in my garage or went to Salvation Army, I can't remember?
