Zalman CNPS8000B 92mm Fluid Shield Bearing CPU Cooler for $24 shipped w/ code ZAL402B and $10 rebate
Fits these sockets:
Intel: LGA 775 / 1155 / 1156
AMD: Socket 754 / 939 / 940 / AM2 / AM2+ / AM3
If you've never tried one of these, they're great! Only thing you have to be careful of is the clearance of any tall capacitors near the cpu socket, and any tall heatsinks on your ram.
I have one of these on my home theater PC, and it's virtually silent. In fact, if the system is idling, the case fans sometimes give enough airflow across the heatsink that the heatsink fan will completely stop, since I have AMD's "cool and quiet" turned on (motherboard bios feature). Even when you're pushing the CPU, this thing is pretty darn quiet.
And this is a great price!
Zalman clearly states on their website to not use it with 125w AMD CPUs.
