I agree 100% with frankl45! I purchase two of these when the world was created and I still use both in two other much newer systems by adding the Zalman brackets to support this heatsink for different processor chips.
Not bad at all in height-restricted systems, but it is outperformed by similarly priced (after rebate) heatpipe tower 'sinks though with those you may end up having a hotter running chipset if it doesn't have its own heatpipe sink or at least a fan on it.
