Very good cooler, but the whine the fan makes can be a bother if noise bothers you. It's not that loud, it's more of the pitch of the sound that's annoying.

Agreed with #2, the fan itself works wonders, brought down temps from stock 955 fullload 65c to 55c, at idle went from 32c to 23c, the pitch is annoying...otherwise its incredibly silent!
