My friend has one he won, swears by it for all the FPS games.
It's OK. You need a lot of room to use it. It's on the small side. My hands are pretty average and it's barely big enough.
There's a lot of adjustment to it, though. You can adjust x & y axis speed seperately as well as 3 adjustable DPI settings.
So far it hasn't helped with sniping like I hoped it would.
