These people spam the living hell out of my mailbox almost daily. That sort of behavior can not be rewarded by spending money with them.
Every year Zappos offer the same VIP Status for free-.. Maybe Zappos should offer more than free VIP status- like VIP discount /VIP special event that will be more attractive...
Minus the SPAM if you are a shoe horse the expidited shipping is definitely worth it.
i rarely get any mail from them.
