These seem to be generic IP cameras with various names on them. I set my first one up 2 days ago. I'm certainly not highly tech literate but had no difficulty. People complain about the grammatical errors in the manual, but they are very minor. The directions are clear. Just follow them. If in doubt, check any of the many instructional videos on line. The color saturation of the images is only fair, but acceptable. IR night range is better than I expected. There are many features that I haven't had time to check yet, but so far it seems to be a good buy.
