don't forget to buy surge protectors with ethernet plugs for each location (costs add up!) in case something decides to volt around your house and jump out of these adapters.
I bought the ZyXel powerline combo that is offered at NewEqq for $40. I use the router as a switch and now have 4-ports for TV, Bluray, Xbox, and Wii. It shows 70Mb speeds which is plenty for my needs. Easy setup.
They get hot so you cannot stack them on top of anything.
