Ben listed the Ultimate Matrix Collection on BluRay for $14.95 on December 21. I received this email today:

This is TERRIBLE customer service. Has anyone else experienced this with them? Also, is there any recourse?

| While it is bad public relations, it seems like a typical level of customer service for any company which decides not to honor their pricing mistakes. |
