| Now that Deal Alerts started working they won't stop. I've clicked Unsubscribe from All Mailing Lists 4 times in the past 2 weeks. Right now I'm holding on to the emails for a CAN-SPAM complaint. |

Sorry this is happening Rick, we'll look into it.
We are working on fixing issues with deal alerts - which may have caused some backed up emails to fire. This should be a one-time issue - after this batch of backed up emails is sent out - it should return to normal notification.
In the meantime you can log in to your account and delete the alerts on the Manage Deal Alerts webpage.

| I also am having issues with deal alerts. They have never worked for me. I have a simple alert setup with one keyword: HDTV, and a price of less than $600. This should have triggered many times since I've set it up but I have received nothing. I've checked my spam folder to. |

I'm having issues as well. I've had some work perfectly in the past but I've recently set up three for sound bar variations (speaker bar, surround bar) and have not gotten any notifications.
Love the feature when it works! |

To anyone having this problem, one possiblity is that your notification emails are being blocked as spam.
If that is the case you could add Ben's to your safe sender or address book list for your email client. Currently the deal alerts are coming from noreply@bensbargains.net |
