Sure.

Prepare your own lunches and bring them to work. Don't buy coffee in the morning, brew your own or stick to water (healthier anyway). Don't eat out, learn how to cook. Only buy groceries that are on sale, and when the items you want are on sale buy a good quantity (if they're not going to expire too soon of course). Take care of your stuff, and don't let madison ave. convince you that you need anything that really isn't a necessity.
