Good if you what a lower power consumption card with decent 3D prowess.
Consider a good 9500GT is not near the performance of the 4670. While 9500GT are usally hard to get DDR3 at a decent price, that makees this is something to look at.
A Gigabyte 9500GT 512Mb OC w/Zelman for $45 -AR $15 but you add shipping.

This is a good rundown of how the 4670 and 9500GT compare

I just bought the much faster Radeon 4850 at ZipZoomFly.com for $55.
At $55, this card isn't really a deal, unless you don't have a power supply capable of running a faster card. |

| This card isn't a good deal. It's even worse than the 3850 that ben poted a few back, and that wasn't a deal either. |

| I'm guessing when AMD/ATI cuts prices next month the HD 4670 should drop to $55 excluding the rebate. |

#8 - I don't know that will happen to quickly, unless ATI finds a way to use 40Nm silicon that isn't up to being built into 4770's. If they can use those chips in a low/lower power than 4670 and slightly better performance offering they’d have a product to finish off before the Dx11 mainstream hardware is really require in the market. I bet they have bins of silicon they'd love to find a home for.
Picked up this Gigabyte 4670 1Gb and got it delivered for $64.49 (not including tax). A friend just wanted an upgrade with low power utilization card that would get acceptable 3D if needed; his 6150 IGP was over the hill.

| Was looking at that 9500GT #1 posted and one Egghead made it sound as though the native HDMI connection provided "audio passthrough". I hadn't heard that Nvidia had that capacity only ATI. . |

I think what you are exposing here is very important so much so that I'm confident that this will lead to a nail biting conclusion with all the talent focused. Carry on please because I'm listening.
Oh, I think I had enough of your religion
Its tough, its a state of mind
I dont need it!
Sending a letter
To my mother
I need some loving
Send it to me
I lost my lover
Unfaithful lover
I need some money
Send it to me
I need consoling
Your boys feeling lonely
Describe her for me
Send it to me
Send it to me
If she cant travel
I can take the mule train
I can take the aeroplane
Send it to me
Yeah, and Im begging you
Begging you, down on my knees
Baby please, please please
You, you, got to send it, send it, send it
Send it to me
Send her to me
Send her to me
Send her to me
Send her to me
Yeah, Im sending in a letter
To my sister
In australia
Sister marie
Aint got no lover
No sense of cover
I need some loving
Send it to me
Send it to me
She wont have to watch her step
Seh wont have to relocate
I guarantee her personal security
She dont have to be five foot ten
Or blond or brunette
She dont have to be no social hostess
Send her
She might work in a factory
Right next door to me
In my fantasy
Send her to me
Send her to me
She could be rumanian
Could be bubarian
Could be albanian
Might be hungarian
Could be australian
Could be the alien
Send her to me
Send her to me
Send her to me
Send her to me
Send her to me |
