Ever since the new owners of Bens Bargains, the web interface is slow to load. No real bargains have been posted and Feel I would be better off searching the web on my own. Where's the real Ben!

Hi bartons00. Have you filled out the recently posted Ben's Survey?

Certainly there is a trade-off between site features and load speed, but for most members the site seems to load as fast as it needs to, although in recent times there were a couple network and Google ad glitches that caused a problem.
We welcome any suggestions you have as to what further changes the site should make though overall the site layout and feature changes have been positively received.

How much longer is it going to take for you to fix it? I'm getting hundreds of your alerts that I don't need or want. I've reported all of them to my email provider as spam. How long does it take to change the code so that if someone clicks on a link, it takes their email off the list? How many people have you had assigned to this since you replied 23 days ago? If you know the page doesn't work why do you keep putting a link to it in your emails? Either your staff is grossly incompetent morons or this is by design. You need to get Ben to run this site again because you don't know what you are doing.

Thanks for the update lawnsprinkler. The present workaround for this issue is to log in to your account and delete the alerts on the Manage Deal Alerts webpage.
I will update when further progress is made. |
