It seems you both missed the point, being that the Republican Party snuck this in during a nightime session under the "safe harbor" acting, insinuating this money could be going towards financing terrorism. Oh puh-leeze, give me a break. It's making millions in revenue to countries offshore and apparently enough people want it because they're funding their accounts in order to play. Why not treat us as adults (since you have to be over 18 to play) and make money for our country at the same time!
