They actually met and completed the transaction in person, so the phone number is valid. It is probably a disposable phone though. Unfortunately my friend didn't find out the tickets were fake until she tried to use them at the game...

And the email address is valid, too? That said, even if it's valid, it's either new or relatively unused from what I can see.
