| I accidently dropped my cell phone in the ocean last weekend. I was wondering if anyone could recommend the best place to get a replacement cheaply. I've still got six months before I can cheaply upgrade with my coverage provider. |

| OK, first of all, how the burp did you manage to drop your cell phone in the ocean? You probably shouldn't be trusted with another one, and to be quite honest, I'm not really sure why women need cell phones anyway. After all, given that their place is in the kitchen, they should just be able to use the the land line (with their husband's permission, of course) that presumably should be relatively close by. *smirk* |

Same thing happened to me while working in new york, NY+no cell= bad times. I ended up finding a radio shack that had a little Nokia pay as you go for 9.99 put my sim in there and boom all done.
So my recommendation is pay as you go phones for your service provider. Also ask if they have any that arnt on the floor sometimes they will have older ones hidding in the back that they will even discount. goodluck |
