A bit more details might help. Two things you must do for it to work are to use the same email address on both gravatar and here, and your gravatar must be rated G.

Your email address does appear to be the same (the hash code does cause it to load off-site) so I suspect you did not rate it G. Go to gravatar and rate it that or upload it again and then rate it G.
