| I bought his and it didn't work and literally fell apart. Don't think Meritline will concern itself with my complaint though.. |

this isn't an especially low price, it's about this much when i was looking for them this time last yr.
to answer the question - it just gives your computer bluetooth tech so you can pair it with mouse, headphones, all that stuff |
