On Amazon's Facebook page, scroll down and click on "claim offer"; the $5 promotional credit will be automatically added to your Amazon account after you answer a question and share it on Facebook. Credit expires 12/9 and is only valid on goods sold by Amazon.com (not just fulfilled by them). Quantities are limited; last time this was offered they ran out in about five hours.
