During this last week of March we learned some very important selfie etiquette, and tomorrow we celebrate the great Tom Hanks on International Tom Hanks Day (yes, it's really a thing, and no, we don't know why he only gets one special day).

Redbox has a 1-day DVD movie rental for $1.50 - $1.50 off with coupon code 5678JJNN [Exp 3/31] = $0. Reserve online with code and pick up later.

Code will also get you a Blu-ray rental for $0.50 or a game rental for $1.50.

Redbox raised their prices at the beginning of December.

Current releases include Interstellar, The Imitation Game, Into the Woods and Wild Card.

Sling TV has now added 4 more channels to its basic package for $20 per month: History Channel, H2, A&E and Lifetime. There are now 19 live cable TV channels including ESPN, ESPN2, CNN, AMC, IFC and TNT. A 7-day free trial is available to new customers.

This appears to be a pre-emptive measure to compete with Apple's rumored over-the-top streaming TV service expected to arrive later this year.

For a limited time, you can still get a free Roku Streaming Stick or Amazon Fire TV Stick when you prepay 3 months of Sling TV.

At launch, Sling TV scored a solid 8 out of 10 in our CheckOut review.
Amazon has the Boyhood HD Movie Rental for $0.99. Rental is valid for 48 hours, and is available in HD for playback on Xbox, PlayStation, Roku, Smart TVs and other HD compatible devices. Normally $4.99.

iTunes has it to rent for the same price.

Boyhood was filmed over 12 years with the same cast and has gotten rave reviews (98% "fresh" at Rotten Tomatoes).
