GoDaddy.com has domain registration on sale for Free for the first year (regularly $10) with a coupon code that you need to sign up for (this is quick, you don't even need to enter valid info). They have good prices from a leading reputable registrar. If you've seen some of the other cheaper registrars, take note, as with many of them you don't actually own the domain you buy!
