Star Wars in a Hot Minute: May the Fourth Always Be With You

By on May 7, 2013

Star Wars May The Fourth Be With YouMay the Fourth might have come and gone, but the Star Wars love doesn’t have to end. Thanks to the animators at 1A4 Studio, you can show the original movie to anyone with a free 60 seconds — that should leave you with plenty of time to explain why the first film is called Episode IV: A New Hope and not simply, Star Wars.

Entitled Speedrun (#3), THE saga can begin and grow warm with all of the simplicity of a black and white minute. It’s almost like getting right to the Jedi core.  No mind tricks, no midichlorians, no Dagobah, no dark side, no robes… only lightsabers.

PS. If you enjoyed that, 1A4 Studio has also tackled minute-movie versions of Back to the Future and The Matrix.

PPS. Just to get head start on 2014, May the 4th be with you.  (And also with you.)
