    Note that Millenicom has 16GB iPad Mini retina with LTE for $399 + $50 (activation) + $15 (shipping) = $465 with free 6.5GB LTE data until April 1, 2014. After April 1, the 6.5GB data will cost $60/mo but you can cancel before that and not be charged.

    IMO that is a better deal than this one, but if you have no use of the LTE, then this deal is pretty good.
