People obviously like this technology but I dont get it.
Other than saving you 3 seconds to pull out your phone to do anything this does, whats "the thing" that is "wow" about this? Or is it the gadget factor thats the "wow"?
I have the gear 1. It's mostly worthless unless rooted with custom rom. Even then, it's mostly a curiosity but can come in handy in meetings when you want to be a bit more subtle about checking emails, calendar, etc.
