Both the 55-250 and 75-300 are kind of junk, though of the two, the 55-250 is probably a better bet as it's stabilized. The 70-300 USM is a great lens, but it's 2-3x more than the other two lenses that are on sale.
^ Cell phone camera picture quality is pretty bad compared to even a low end camera with this budget lens. Just as cell phones got better over the years, so did cameras.
