^ True but GM was a lot worse 25 years ago than today, and an impact wrench is handy for taking lug nuts off anything, tho' if some monkey at a garage was the last one to put your lugs on with an air wrench till it wouldn't spin any further, you may find that 240 ft lbs isn't enough to break them loose.
Those of you wondering about the Harbor Freight alternative, this is the same impact wrench as HF used to sell before they made some cosmetic changes, except in blue instead of red, on sale for $50 but down at same $40 price with one of their 20% coupons, and I think I saw an item-specific coupon in one of their fliers that also brings it down to $40.
Next step up in quality is probably a Kobalt for $150, or slightly higher you can get a Dewalt for $160-$170 but I'd be thinking about going cordless around that price and higher.
I've used the HF version, owned by a friend. It is useful for lugnuts and nothing else. It is just too large to get under the hood or between anything in the undercarriage.

It's also sold as Kawasaki brand if you'd prefer it in green, Rally brand in gray, and some other brand in black.
